Design & Build :

1.  Consultation

Our initial consultation is an opportunity to hear your ideas for your garden. Based on your requirements, I will then develop a client brief that will inform the concept plan.

2.  Survey 

I or a recommended surveyor will conduct a detailed survey of the site.

3.  Concept Plan

I will develop a concept plan of the site based on our initial meeting and brief which we can then discuss and adjust as necessary. This will include a scaled site plan and a mood board of plants and materials.

4.  Master Plan 

Once the concept plan has been agreed, I will incorporate additional details, including a separate setting out plan and planting design plan, to bring the design to life. 

5.  Construction and Planting

The package is then sent along with a scope of works to a selection of our preferred landscape contractors. Alternatively, if the client already has a contractor in mind, I am happy to release those drawings for costing. Once a contractor has been appointed, I will monitor all aspects of the build and planting process to ensure the design is realized.
